She also studied meditation and The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali in Sanskrit with Swami Shivabalananda.

Monique’s teaching style is intelligent, intuitive, and therapeutically driven, blending precise alignment, breathwork, mindful sequencing, and practical yoga philosophy. Her group classes, private yoga sessions, and one-on-one therapeutic work focus on structural integrity, injury management, and long-term mobility.

She specializes in back, neck, and foot rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, stress management, weight support, and nervous system regulation. Through the integration of Yoga, Ayurveda, and nutritional wellness, Monique helps students strengthen, recover, and reconnect—creating a balanced, mobile, and resilient foundation for lifelong health and vitality.
