Ayurveda 101 – is a beginner’s workshop for anyone interested in learning about the core concepts of Ayurveda, including its history, philosophical approach, and practical applications. You’ll learn simple Ayurvedic tools, including nutrition, breath work, yoga postures, and herbal and spice supports, to help restore optimal health along with mental, emotional, and physical balance. Discover the power of this ancient science to create health and well-being in your life. Students are recommended to email specific questions they might have before the workshop, as they will be addressed.
