Join Monique Michaels for live, interactive online yoga, pranayama, and meditation classes on Zoom, accessible from anywhere. With nearly two decades of teaching experience, Monique offers thoughtfully sequenced classes that emphasize alignment, therapeutic movement, breathwork, and nervous system support, making each session both grounding and effective.

All virtual classes are streamed live on Zoom and designed to support a wide range of bodies and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to build strength, manage stress, recover from injury, or deepen your practice, Monique’s online offerings provide the structure, clarity, and personal attention of an in-studio experience—right from home.

Registration is simple and completed online. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and class details. Advance sign-up is recommended, as class sizes may be limited to ensure individualized guidance. Practice with intention, consistency, and expert support – wherever you are.

All you will need is a mat, and to download the free ZOOM app on your phone, tablet or laptop to participate.
